Assign a Task to Another User

Task can be assigned to different users within your CRM.
To assign a Task to another user:
  1. Click on Edit to open the Task in edit mode.
  2. Change the name in the Assigned To box to the desired user.
  3. You can search for users by clicking the magnifying glass icon.
  4. If this is a High Priority task, you can check the Send Notification Email box to notify the user that the task has been assigned to them.
  5. Click the Save button.
