Update Personal Information

The Personal Information section of the CRM stores all of your information including your name, email, phone numbers, contact information, and user signature information.
 
To edit your Personal Information in Classic:
  1. Click on Your Name in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Setup.
  3. Click on My Personal Information on the top left.
  4. Click on Edit your information, language, … (or Personal Information on the left).
  5. Click the Edit button.
  6. Make any changes to your information as needed.
  7. Click the Save button.
NOTE: The following can only be done if you are the Primary User or the System Administrator.
 
To edit the Personal Information for another user:
  1. Click on Your Name in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Setup.
  3. Click on Manage Users on the left under Administration Setup.
  4. Click on Add or edit users… (or Users on the left).
  5. Click on Edit next to the user you need to change.
  6. Make any changes to the user’s information as needed.
  7. Click the Save button.
