Send an Email

You can send emails to your contacts from your Jungo App. Not only does this save a record of that email on the Contact record, but any email that is manually sent individually (or as a mass email) is trackable in the contact’s Activity History and HTML Email Status.

To send an Email from a Contact Page in
Lightning:
  1. On the right-hand side of the contact page click on Email
    • If you do not see “Email” as an option in your Activity Controls section, please open a case with Jungo so we can make that visible to you
  2. To select a template, click on the small icon at the bottom that looks like a page with a plus sign and then click Insert a template
  3. In the light box that appears, towards the upper left-hand corner change the “Templates” dropdown menu to Classic Email Templates
  4. From there use the Folder Drop Down to choose the desired folder, then Select the desired template by clicking on it. If you know the name of the template, you can use the “Search Templates” option towards the upper right-hand corner instead
  5. Once you’ve selected the template, it will allow you to make any necessary edits. Simply click into the template to add, edit, or delete any text within the email template
  6. When done editing the message, click the Send button
