Launch Co-Marketing Email Campaign

What You Will Need:
  • your photo
  • your logo
  • referral partner's photo
  • referral partner's logo
  • a place to host photos online (e.g. Imgur, Photobucket, Flickr)
    • https://ctrlq.org/images will work if you do not have a Flickr or Photobucket subscription
    • We recommend adding the easy-to-use Chrome Extension called Imgur 
Set Up your Photo and Logo
  1. Upload your photo and logo to your photo-hosting website. Make sure they are small sized, somewhere between 100-400 pixels.
  2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click My Personal Information
  5. Click Personal Information
  6. Click Edit
  7. Copy and paste the URL link for your Photo into the Photo URL field
  8. Copy and paste the URL link for your Logo into the Logo URL field
  9. Click Save
Set Up your Referral Partner's Photo and Logo
  1. Upload your referral partner's photo and logo to your photo-hosting website. Make sure they are small sized, somewhere between 100-400 pixels.
  2. Navigate to your referral partner's contact page in the CRM
  3. Click Edit
  4. Copy and paste the URL link for your referral partner's Photo into the Photo URL field
  5. Copy and paste the URL link for your referral partner's Logo into the Logo URL field
  6. Also make sure your referral partner's phone number and email address are filled in.
  7. Click Save
Launch Co-Marketing Campaign
  1. Click Edit on your lead/client's contact page
  2. Change the Marketing Campaign dropdown to the Co-Marketing Campaign
  3. In the Realtor (for Co-Marketing) field, type the name of your Referral Partner and click the magnifying glass to connect to the correct contact page
  4. Click Save
