Send Loan Process Checklist Updates via Open Pipeline View

* Your Loans tab may be named "Transactions / Properties" or "Opportunities" if you are a Jungo Lender App client or Jungo enterprise client. *

You may wonder what the best practice would be to make sure all of your transactions are having the Loan Process Checklist updates sent out on time. Following is our solution so you can check in daily on one view and send the relevant updates to your borrowers and transaction partners.

Update your Open Pipeline View in Lightning:
  1. Click on the Loans tab
  2. Change your view to Pipeline - Updates
  3. If your view shows more or fewer transactions than you expect, you may need to change your filters so click the Funnel Icon on the right
  4. Specify Filter Criteria, clear the values next to "Status" "equals" or "not equal to" depending on your needs.
  5. Check the boxes for the statuses you consider to be your pipeline if using "equals" or non-pipeline if using "not equal to"
    • If you find that you are missing values that you expect to see, consider how your transactions are imported. Maybe you need to have your map customized to translate your Loan Origination Software status values to match CRM status values. You can also add additional options for which there is no CRM equivalent to the status picklist, see article Modify Loan Picklists.
  6. Click Done and SAVE
  7. Click the Gear Icon for list view controls to change the Fields to Display, make sure all of the boxes that you wish to send updates about have been brought in and will display as columns.
Now you have narrowed down your Open Pipeline view to your actual pipeline Loans!

Send Updates to your Open Pipeline
  1. Sort your view by Status (click on the Status column)
  2. Check the boxes for the Loans that will all have the same update going out
  3. Double click on one checkbox for the relevant update (Example: Loan Approved)
  4. Check the box
  5. Click Apply Changes to Update "x" Selected Records
  6. Click Save
  7. Alternatively, you can simply double click the relevant checkbox for each transaction if they all have separate updates, but at least this way you do not have to open a bunch of separate pages.


Update your Open Pipeline View in Classic:
  1. Click on the Loans tab
  2. Change your view to Open Pipeline
  3. If your view shows more or fewer transactions than you expect, you may need to change your filters so click Edit.
  4. Specify Filter Criteria, clear the values next to "Status" "equals"
  5. Click the magnifying glass
  6. Check the boxes for the statuses you consider to be your pipeline
    • If you find that you are missing values that you expect to see, consider how your transactions are imported. Maybe you need to have your map customized to translate your Loan Origination Software status values to match CRM status values. You can also add additional options for which there is no CRM equivalent to the status picklist, see article Modify Loan Picklists.
  7. Click Insert Selected
  8. Select Fields to Display, make sure all of the boxes that you wish to send updates about have been brought in.
Now you have narrowed down your Open Pipeline view to your actual pipeline transactions!
