Utilize Multiple Tabs in the CRM

*The following article works best for the Classic Interface.

Whenever you are using your web browser (as opposed to your mobile device) you can use multiple tabs to enrich your CRM experience. Right click on an item in your CRM and click "Open Link in New Tab." This will allow you to stay on a page in one tab but open another page in a different tab.

You can easily flip back and forth between tabs. Most commonly, our users will keep their Home Tab and favorite Calendar View open in separate tabs. As you work in the CRM, you may want to open new tabs for various contacts or reports and then exit those as needed, always coming back to the Home or Calendar tabs.
