How to use The Leads App

NOTE: This feature is only available to subscribers to the JungoLeads App.

Viewing Leads

How to View your Leads

 

  • Click on the Leads tab
  • Select the desired list from the List View pull down menu (i.e., All Open Leads)
  • Click the Go button if the desired view is already selected.
  • You can scroll through this list using the Next and Previous link on the bottom.
 
To Create a New Lead View:
  • Click on the Leads tab.
  • Click on the Create New View link next to the pull down menu.
  • Enter a View Name
  • Example: “San Diego Leads”
  • In Step 2, specify the Filter Criteria for this Contact View.
  • Example: Select “City” in the Field pull down menu.
  • Choose EQUALS in the Operator pull down menu.
  • Enter “San Diego” in the Value box
  • In Step 3, add the fields you want to see in this Contact View.
  • In Step 4, select who you want to be able to see this view.
  • Click the Save button.

Nurturing Leads:
 
Log a Call is a great place to keep all of your notes while nurturing your Lead. These notes are searchable and exportable when you enter them as a Log a Call.
 
To Log a Call on a Lead’s page:
  • Hover over Activity History at the top of the Lead record.
  • Click on the Log a Call button.
  • Type your notes in the Subject box.
  • We suggest putting as much as possible in the Subject box because this is what will display in your activity history.
  • Click the Save button.

How to Convert a Lead to Contact:
  • The Point of Conversion Varies Depending on your Administrator’s Preference (typically discretionary)
  • From the lead detail page, click Convert.
  • In the Account Name field, you will typically select your “Database”
  • If you’d like, schedule a follow-up task under Task Information.
  • Click Convert
